[RESOLVED] Ice wrap not available in Internal Medicine Department [Treatment]

Hi there, one of the new diagnosis introduced in the recent patch for IM, Essential Thrombocythemia contains a symptom "Nosebleed", however the treatment required "Ice wrap" is not available in the Internal Medicine Doctor's Office/ Diagnostics Office.

This causes the floor to all get bloody whenever the patient is wheeled for examinations/ treatments.

Understand it is an easy fix by modifying the treatment XML to include the departments, but thought you should be aware of it to patch it subsequently.
