Hi, thanks for the save and welcome to the forum!

Yes, I see the problem - the tile is a part of the elevator (it contains the elevator control panel), so the game shouldn't allow any other objects to be placed there. I'm marking this as an open bug, the fix might not be as trivial as it might seem at first glance. Smile
