[RESOLVED]Patients stuck at spawn point

Patients appear at the spawn points in the corner of the map and are stuck there with a message stating !LOC! ambulance reserved. Will start moving if department is manually changed. ?related to ambulance bay blocked by another ambulance. I have updated to patch 11 and it still happens.

Hi and thank you for catching this one. Patient in this state should not be visible. It has been fixed and will be in the next update (not the one released today).
And you don't have to change the department. Patient is trying to reserve an ambulance and you have only one and all ER calls were depleted for the day. You can either wait for the next day for ER call to replenish or to buy another ambulance. Patient will then be taken care of:) Have a great day
