[NEW LOW] Paying for multiple items

When placing windows, fences and other items in build-mode, I am charged every time I place an item. Not a bug I hear you say, but the issue is when i accidentaly place a item on the same tile, several times. I am charged every time, even tough I only get one item in that tile. One click, one charge.
