Suggestion: Hard/Realistic mode with longer hospitalizations.

Adds another mode for the game where it is somewhat more realistic when it comes to how long patients has to be hospitalized based on their symptoms and how well treatments goes. The more experienced the doctors are the better. Patients might need more than just one treatment/surgery to get well. Like, different restoration stages/phases.
