Hi, yes, of course - the helicopter wouldn't be able to keep up as there's a lot of heavy injuries at this department - some of the most critical ones are set to prioritize the helicopter, but can always 'fall back' to be brought in by ambulance (for example when you haven't bought the helicopter yet).
