[NEED MORE INFO] No patients arrive in a 165 patient-a-day hospital

Hey,

My girlfriend (with very mediocre english) has an issue with her hospital, from one day to the other she doesn't receive any new patients in her hospital.
She should have 165 patients per day but for some reason none arrive at all. Nobody walking in, no ambulances. Staff members do arrive as usual.

Her hospital is elephant heavy on mods, but I've never read about  problem like this so I'm not sure they are causing the issue.
The weirdest thing of all is that the next day that the screenshot was taken, patients start arriving again. Seems like the influx of patients just stopped for two whole days.

In the screenshot you can see that she should have 165 patients, but only has 44 cured by the end of the day and one untreated. Her finances are awful as a result of this issue.
Sorry for the in-game language but I'm sure you guys will know what it means

Oh, the hospital's prestige the day before said 0%, that's kind of odd too, right?

"elephant heavy on mods." just reading that makes me cringe. Wouldn't be surprised if that's where your problem lies. I play with 2 very minimal mods, and have 147 current pats every day. I'd love to use the modded-in depts, but at this point of gave dev it's just too risky.

Hi, while I don't think we'll be able to load the saved game to investigate further, could you try to find the log file? There might be some hints about what exactly is going wrong. Still, it's more than likely that one of the mods or a specific combination is causing this and in these cases it's quite unlikely we'll be able to fix the problem on our side.

Hi, thanks for the log, unfortunately it seems to only cover the start of the game/main menu and doesn't show any errors. If you could send us a log from the game session where the hospital runs for a while, there could be more info - btw we're dealing with some issues with attachments on the forum, so at the moment it could be the best bet to zip up the file and send it to info@oxymoron.games, sorry for the inconvenience!
