Could we please have an optional popup when new surgery planned?

I've started to run into the very expensive fines, for surgeries on bad diagnoses.
Seems it can happen even if certainty set to high!?
Now I feel I must spend all my time on constantly checking all hospitalized patients and see if any are up for surgery, and if diagnose looks good.
Not fun at all, actually makes me not wanna play anymore

So, could we have an optional popup-warning just before surgery is being planned, so we can cancel it in time if more examinations needed?

Just look at the "high certainty" in action - the doctor (also highest level/grade) didn't even use differential diagnosis, he just assumed the 48% diagnose must be the correct one.
No surgery involved here luckily, but it just shows why we need the surgery-warning-popups (as an option) to approve surgeries.

I'm not at this point in my game, but i think its a good idea.
