[NEED MORE INFO] Special procedures unit

Hi everyone

For some reason only one special procedures unit in the internal medicine is being used which is causing a massive backup. I’ve add two additional rooms and extra doctors but they don’t use the rooms at all.

Any help would be much appreciated

Hi, could you check management mode, if you can see number "3" next to the listing of Special procedures unit? If not, it's a problem caused by another bug we fixed in the recent patch and a hotfix released today should fix it also if you load an already affected save.

If everything looks normal in management mode and the other rooms are still not used, could you send us your save to info@oxymoron.games? Thanks in advance!
