Hey,

when I'm trying to fill the requirements for hospitalization of the emergency clinic or any other departments, doctors or nurses are not showing at the hospitalization requirements window

Hi, do you mean hospitalization? You have to make sure you hire at least one doctor and nurse with level higher then intern. They are needed for some procedures required to have hospitalization functional.

I see what is happening now. You need unlock hospitalization by completing objectives for insurance companies. Try to switching game mode to check if you have not completed them. If it does not help upload you save file please so we can have a look.
