[OPEN] Constant patient popup

Description:
While playing I randomly got a popup for a patient (Jennifer King) that couldn't be treated. It basically looked/sounded like it was constantly making new popups, I tried pressing the delete all button for the message log but it almost instantly showed back up (next frame I'm guessing).

I have no clue how it occurs nor how to reproduce it.

I have had the same and it's easy to fix for the player. Somehow the game wants to assign a treatement but fails forcing the patient to go back into 'bed mode' where he realises he should be treated, as it is available, so he requests treatement. Treatement doesn't get assigned so he goes back to 'bed mode' etc etc in an endless loop. To fix this simply click the treatement the patiens is attempting to get and then save the game and reload. You need to reload as the popup telling you treatement isn't available otherwise won't leave.  In my case the bug happend with the IV antibiotics treatement given to a patient in the obeservation room of the emergency department.

I can confirm having the same problem in one of my games too (although can't confirm the cause).

Current work around like 5688 said is to save the game and reload (at least that reset it for me). However, you cannot press the esc key once you get the popup so you need to actually click on the gear icon to save and load. Once the one patient this happened with left the hospital I never had this problem again.
