Laboratory/Biology Department

From the Beta Gameplay videos, we've already got a good insight into how the various departments work. I must say they're amazingly realistic and reflect very well what could be found in a medium-sized hospital (ER, internal medicine, cardiology, neurology, general surgery...).

If I'm not mistaken, Medical Imaging Department work as a support for the other ones - as in real life hospital.

However, it seems that every department needs its own lab. This is rather surprising as everywhere I've been working, there is a proper Laboratory/Biology Department, that works a bit like the Imaging Department, providing services for the rest of the hospital.

I think it would be an interesting feature to have a lab department which would comprise smaller separate labs: hematology lab, biochemistry lab, bacteriology lab...
