Doctor Mode -- Making Correct Diagnoses but Oopsee goal still says 0/10

Playing with Doctor Mode for the first time.  Unlocked Oopsee insurance (spelling?), which gave me a goal of having the intern I created make 10 correct diagnoses.  She's made 5 correct ones so far -- at least, none of the patients has come back the next day having been incorrectly diagnosed.  But the scorecard on the task still says 0/10 diagnoses correct.  What gives?  Is there some setting I have missed?  I'm controlling the doctor and the patients, but should I make the patients favorites rather than just controlling them?  I must be doing something wrong, but it isn't the diagnosing. Not using mods; they're too much trouble for this old lady to keep up with.

Hi! I had a look at the game and I think I might know what might be the issue.

To complete the task, you must have correct diagnoses without hints (Intern mode).

You can activate it if you follow these steps:
1. Open Doctor mode
2. Click on Specialist mode (button at the right-top corner in opened panel)
3. Select "No hints in diagnostics" in newly opened panel - and notice description "Intern mode"

Correctly diagnosing patients now should allow progression in the task.
