[RESOLVED NOT A BUG]Questions about equipment needed for treatments | And ambukances they are stuck

Hello guys,
i hvae three main problems:

1. diuretics
What do I have to buy and where do I put it to perform this treatment? I do not know which object I should build where. I am only told that I don't have the equipment, even if the patient is in the 'Internal Medicine' department.

2. pleural puncture
What do I have to buy and where do I put it to perform this treatment? I do not know which object I should build where. I am only told that I don't have the equipment, even if the patient is in the 'Internal Medicine' department.


3. ambulances
my ambulances just don't go any further after a certain point. Unfortunately, this automatically means that I have no possibility to complete certain events (natural disasters)...Does anyone know what this could be due to?

From the crosswalk, the ambulances simply do not drive any further

Hi and thank you for your report. I have tried your save and

1) It worked as it should. It is a treatment that does not require any special equipment. Can you please attach a screenshot with this, it can tell us more, why is this happening.

2)There is a known issue that will be fixed in one of our future patches. Pleural puncture has a wrong description and should be named Thoracentesis. And you need to build Special procedure unit with Thoracentesis device. It should be described in the tooltip. Is that not the case for you?

3)This also works as it should. The ambulance stops on crosswalk to give way to the transport ambulance and once the road is clear it departs. How long does the ambulance stay on the crosswalk for you?

Any additional information could help to resolve your issues.

Hi I am not sure that I understand correctly now. You need to place the Thoracentesis device next to the exam table (blue arrow will show you the exact location). Without that, the table and room wont be functional. I am also attaching a screen so you have better idea, where to place it. You can also use prefab if you are having trouble assembling rooms.

are you referring to the MIEP treatment? If so, the Internal med dept special procedures unit space assignment will tell you what you need.
