Improve efficiency of janitors

Hello, I have been playing your game for quite some time (525+ hours) and there has been one consistent thing I have noticed among the 3 hospitals I have built in that time (mega builds that have involved filling the entirety of the 96/96 map with building)
Janitors seem to have really poor efficiency on large maps with highly trafficked areas.
It would be cool if I could buy a piece of equipment like those ride around floor buffer mop things you sometimes see to improve the speed at which my janitors work. Then, I wouldn't have to hire so many of them to keep the floor from becoming absolutely filthy.

Yes! I like that idea.

It would also be nice if we could designate "cleaning areas". Rather than have janitors in every department the ability to assign a cleaning closet or janitor group to an entire floor or zone.

I fared pretty well on a more expansive hospital that I just completely rebuilt into a more compact and efficient design (got sick of the large hospital). I was able to maintain 5 stars before, however now, I have been able to cut my janitor staff and maintain the same level of cleanliness. Have to admit though; I'd love to see a floor scrubber. lol.
