THINGS TO IMPROVE OR CORRECT

-I am progressing throughout the game and I have realized that it does not make much sense that there is an obligatory operation theater in internal medicine. Why you have to put one in this department and have internal medicine surgeons, is a contradiction in itself.
-Easier blood cleaning
-Ambulance emergencies always in the night to day shift change
-We need the option to paint emergency room in the Emergency dpt.
-Possibility to transfer patients from HDU to ward into same dept. sometimes I transfered from ward to HDU cause of space reasons and after that i would return the patient into ward.
-Stop automatic unusful exams when we already have a diagnosis
