Running Vanilla latest patch 1.2.21034 Patch 30

The Meal Counter and Projector Screen assets from the Services DLC on specific rotations have been overwritten by the new unreleased Isolation Stretcher assets.

As the issue should have been fixed by the time you posted the report - could you please check if the game has a pending update on your side (or try to uninstall and reinstall the Hospital Services DLC which the problem was related to)?
