yeah, my guess is the update, at the very least, included the removal of these objects that were not meant to be released.

Yeah maybe. I think after the last update that was few days ago there were also some mirror fix that had around 50 KB and maybe then they hided that.

there was a very small update either yesterday or today. (around 14-20kb)

Yeah, they've disappeared now. But the Infectious Disease department still shows up when operating a doctor in Doctor Mode.

yeah I wouldn't be surprised if that dept is coming at some point soon. hope it has some depth to it.
