Number of patients coming.

So when I get 100% and last rank of insure I have 25 patients coming. Right?
So with 105% I have 26 coming, right?

What about when I have 15 and 105%. Than I get 15,75 in percentage. Does it count like 15 or should it count as 16?

So i have now (4 insurance companies unlocked with 25/25/15/10 on 100%) and I get on 105 % 77 patients overall. Is this right?
Or should the 105 % count from 75 overall? Than it’s 1 less than I should get
