Hi, thanks for the message! I can see that all the waiting patients have either Normal hospitalization or HDU hospitalization selected, which means they belong to General Surgery department. As they're all under player control, do you remember if you switched them back to Emergency by hand? Maybe there are still some actions that the game allows you to do where it really shouldn't or doesn't correctly process them.

In either case, as soon as you assign them to General Surgery, they will get transported immediately.

Initially, all patients were hospitalized normally or HDU (general surgery dep). After, when the situation was normalized, in order to make more space in those reps, I switched in the emergency department, but as I can see, sometimes they are transferred and sometimes not. When it happens, is immediate, if some time goes on and nothing happens, they will never transfer. Obviously, there is free space in the emergency dep.
