I really hope people know it's a bug, not a game mechanics. The room is free most of the time even where there's peolpe waiting for surgery.

And the hospital seems like a horror movie. Realley, people collapsing everywhere. That's quite unreal.

Hi, thanks for the message! Some more dangerous surgeries require the patients to be hospitalized at HDU as the tooltip shows, it's most likely all beds at the HDU are currently occupied, so extending it should fix the problem.

I will try that. But could you explain why people keep using surgery room stretchers instead of nurse room's, even when they're free? They're not using it to bring patients to surgery room.
