Hi,
All in the title.
The option is taken (green icon), but all patients still traited by IA when they came from ambulance.
If i added a doctor in the Control Doctor List, it works.

Hi, thanks for noticing! It actually worked for patients delivered by ambulance in some cases, which is probably why we originally missed it. Anyway, we have a change ready for the next (tomorrow's?) patch that will make it work reliably.
