Cancel in-progress patient departmental transfers and moves

Good evening.

A few times, I've had patients die on me because they collapsed and were transferred first to their originating ward before any attempt was made to move them to the ICU. I was able to issue the ICU hospitalisation order before the patient was on the stretcher, but they still first took them to a regular general surgery ward (where they later died). I think there should be the ability to cancel an on-going patient transfer and issue a new one (to move them to a different place, such as the ICU) or return them to their prior accommodation.

I do enjoy playing the game, but it is annoying when patients die because they get moved to somewhere they didn't need to go.
