[RESOLVED]Patients being reassigned to Emergency while hospitalised at specialised department

Description:
Sporadically patients, who are hospitalised in a specialised department, are for some reason "automatically" reassigned to Emergency. Since there is no regular hospitalisation there, they keep waiting for a bed. Reassigning them to the specialised department results in nurses moving them to another bed in the specialised department, only for the patients to get reassigned to Emergency again. Rinse, repeat.

Changing to player control keeps them in the specialised department, but they don't fulfil needs and can't be send home when treated. Changing back to doctor control/favourite results in the above situation. The only option I could find to "fix" this is to have them transported to a different hospital. Restarting the game/computer does not fix this.

Repro steps
In the attached savegame there are two of such patients as favourite (Brooke Brown & Margaret Johnson).

A) Reassign them to a specialised department to see them being moved to a different bed only to get reassigned to Emergency.

B) Keep them on player control to keep them in the specialised department to see you cannot send them home at any point in time (and see their needs not getting fulfilled at all)

Just had 2 more in a different save. Can "work around it" (without transporting them to another hospital) by moving them to ICU. They will be moved back to Observation at some point and will go home from there. All final diagnoses are "Emergency department" diagnoses (3x leg contusion, 1x bacterial tonsillitis).

Can upload that save (from before sending them to ICU) if useful as well.

Hi and thank your for your report. Thanks to your save I was able to find out what was wrong and it will be fixed in the next update. And its awesome that you found the workaround for the time being and we are sorry for the inconvenience. Have a great day
