Autosave Issue

Good morning,

The game keeps creating auto-save files.
When I need to load a game, it shows me lots of autosave files.
Now I have almost 20!!!

You should consider an option to DELETE save files on the "load screen" and the user choose the "auto-save limit".

Hello - autosave function can be turned off in the options - anyway we will consider to add tools and buttons to work with saves

I want to create a great reception to receive patients and then send them to all departments.
Instead, I need to create multiple receptions and waiting rooms. Could you think about changint it?

Maybe you can consider we change the patients' flow within the manager screen.
We choose wich room will receive patients from witch reception or waiting room, for example.
