[UNRESOLVED NEED MORE INFO] Patient got stuck forever on the ambulance when [all TCs were occupied but then freed up later].

Scenario
1. All TC(s) were occupied.
2. An ambulance came with the patient, trying to deliver the patient to TC and found all TC(s) were occupied.
3. A TC was freed up.
4. The patient get stuck on the ambulance forever.

Please fix this bug.

Hi,  can you please provide us with the save of one? We are unable to reproduce it, because as soon as the trauma center is free patient is taken to trauma center.
