Don't know how a games trad looks like, and have no experience on it and also probably not a full time availability to put in it, but in case you need more people to catch grammar/orthographic faults, feel free to contact me.

I think it's crucial concerning any technical aspect, otherwise the result might be... awkward.
I have in mind many TV series (even the high-budget ones) where one of the characters is suddenly talking nonsensical gibberish and everyone's keeping a straight face...

Do you know what are the devs guidelines regarding the level of technicity of the language used?
It's difficult to tell by just watching the beta gameplay videos because:

-on one hand there are symptoms named in plain English like : itching, headache... While in French it wouldn't really work: itching translates into démangeaison or prurit, the former being understandable for anyone, the latter being mandatory in medical records. The same for headache and mal de tête/céphalée.

-on the other hand sometimes, what could be considered as a more technical language is used: like acute renal failure instead of acute kidney failure for example.

I don't really have an opinion on what should be done.

J'ai remarqué sur le jeu pas mal de petits soucis de traductions, dont certaines traductions carrément fausses ou n'ayant absolument aucun sens. Par exemple, celle du Couloir : "...pour activer le nettoyage automatique des lumières et du concierge". Il est plus facile de comprendre la phrase en anglais qu'en français x).

La nouvelle traduction avance bien, très bien même. Une grosse partie du jeu va être refaite entièrement.
Nous avons eu l'accord des développeurs donc cette version viendra améliorer officiellement l'ancienne très prochainement !

Nous avons décidé de créer finalement notre propre serveur Discord, vous pouvez nous rendre visite si vous avez des questions ou des remontés à nous faire sur celle-ci. Nous sommes 6 dans l'équipe actuellement, ce qui devrait être suffisant, surtout que l'on avance bien
