1st:

Room for ambulances, where ambulances drive-in.

2nd:

Expences in buying food and medication - Those could have quantity, cost and quality.

3rd:

Kitchen - would require food and make food for the carts;

4th:

Cases - they can sue you for eg. not-required surgery; etc, etc.

5th:

Botched surgeries would be more extreme whit the skill. Botched brain surgery almolst always deadly.

6th:

Being able to build medical tents when an event happens and you don't have enough room.

7th:

Visitations and stations to wash hands,

8th:

Germs - can happen more because of unsanitation and sickness (eg. coughting) , germs can worsen an patient, and even create a new disease;

9th:

A person would be able to have multi-diseases;

10th:

When creating an scenario, be able to set settings (eg. player can't build there, or needs to but plot to build.)

11th:

Kids and giving vaccines to people.

12th:

Anti-vaxer trait - more able to catch germs and if combined whit Fresh Parent, can spawn 1 - 4 sick kids whit her/his spawn.

13th:

Visible symptoms (eg. when person has a deep cut, he has a deep cut on the body, or a person whit coughting coughts).
