[OPEN] Patients Stuck on bottom of map Empty [OPEN] Patients Stuck on bottom of map

People keep getting stuck on the bottom of the map, one is a critical patient. Michael White, Sarah Davis, and Charles Thomas I think are the ones stuck. I have a save file ready but I don't know where it is saved, I checked the folder that was shown on the how to report bugs page but it doesn't seem to be there. I am running Windows 7 64 bit.
