Just a suggestion to make the game more realistic. It is strange to see janitors enter a surgery room while a surgery is being performed or a doctors office while a patient is in there. Also the blood splatters should be a lot smaller. We do only have 5 litres of blood in us... Smile

And again, in some surgery, the blood loss can be more than 5 liters because the patient is on blood transfusion or fluid resuscitation. The worse case I saw, a patient survived after losing more than 15 liters of blood in one surgery.
