Ok! I need tips!

I am struggling with satisfaction.

Some staff state they are annoyed, unattended, etc. I dont understand the part of "unattended" though.

I am wondering what will happen if I load from bank too much?

You have to assign chief doctor, that will solve unattended issues.

What kind chief doctors would you suggest? I made an internet who had Good Boss trait as chief doctor of Emergency and it did help a lot. But ONLY for that department.

Yeap, each department must have his on chief doctor (exept radiology).

Try placing some posters and flowers, that's generally makes sfaff happier. Also, don't forget to make a common room with dining table and fridge, so they can fill up their belly and be more happy.

Will try do! But issue is, even though a staff member becomes hungry, they keep working for some reason...
