Steamcloud Empty Steamcloud

I dont know if its already implemented, but i would suggest an option to upload those savefiles to the steamcloud. It's a tiny feature that makes it easier for users which switch between their devices.

Just a small checkbox that lets you decide if you want to upload it or not.
