UI scale help?

Hi, I'm playing project hospital on my my Microsoft Surface Laptop Go which has a bit of a strange screen resolution. The screen is 3:2 aspect ratio with a resolution of 1536*1024 and a diagonal size of 12.4". I understand that I'm probably the only person in the world playing this game on this particular laptop with this strange screen resolution. I get some UI elements that overlap. The issue is I can of course alter the UI scale fine but then the UI becomes so tiny I can't see it very well, as it's a 12.4" screen.

Please does anyone know of anything I could do? Any mods that might alter the UI or something?

They've done some tweaks on configuration for Steam Deck, considering Steam Deck doesn't have the common aspect ratio, it might work on your Laptop Go or you could tweak it yourself as they mention on this new:
