i play in sandbox mode
I got a problem with the Staff / Patient Satisfaction.
there is always a new build
and the status will last for three days in the game

ugly environment indicates that to improve a staff member's assessment of the environment they work in add objects from the "decorative" category e.g. plants, clock. Some posters also double as decoration and resolution from "bored" indication which means you have patients that are bored while waiting for procedures and doctor visits that would benefit from looking at some informative posters placed in waiting rooms.

I had a problem "exposed to weather" on one of my saves - it was where I had designated outdoor pathways as corridors in that department so that they got cleaned by janitors. If you remove anything from the department which is outdoors, you should find the "exposed to weather" goes away.

Hi all, regarding the 'exposed to weather' modifier - it's meant just as a penalty for leaving holes in the hospital, but good point about the outdoor corridors, we can probably add an exception for these to disable the modifier there.
