Resetting insurance objectives?

Hey guys, I have a few questions.

I really like playing workshop maps (scenarios), but I hate it when they are already in progress with hired doctors, patients and halfway through an insurance objective.

I want a finished furnished hospital with all the insurance objectives reset to the starting point.

Waiting until all the patients are released and firing the employees is no big problem, but the insurance objectives are.

Is there an xml line I can change to reset them, any other way to do it?
