New department : mother-women-children

Hi there
Thanks A LOT for this awesome game.
As a long-time player of simulators and Tycoon-like games, I bought your game at the beginning and loved the work you did with this. Remind me Theme hospital, obviously, but also my first games in 90s, and some well-accurates games like The Movies
IMHO I think a BIG department in hospitals is missing, it's the (as we call some times in french) Mother-Women-Children Dept.
In fact it's a department for gynecology, women's diseases, obstetrics and, indeed, childbirth.
I used to mod games, especially simulation games for a while, so If I knew how to mod the game to add this, maybe I would try, but... I don't know (for now).
This is my little suggestion.
