Hi, thanks for the report! Looking at the log, there's an error right at the beginning - could you check your sound card setting as the message suggests?

FMOD failed to initialize. This may be because your sound card is configured to give applications exclusive access, thus preventing Unity from using this device. You can change this in Control Panel > Audio Devices and Sound Themes > Playback Device > Properties > Options ... : "Soundcard does not support the minimum features needed for this soundsystem (16bit stereo output). Hi Jan, this Nahimic thing is interfering with Project Hospital somehow

Hi, yes, it looks like it causes problems with all Unity games (possibly with other games using FMOD). Could you check if any suggestions from the linked thread help on your side? Going on step further (https://nahimic.helprace.com/i597-unity3d-fmod-failed-to-initialize-no-sound-with-nahimic), one possible solution apart from disabling Nahimic is updating Realtek audio driver.

Unfortunately there's not much we can do on our side, we can switch to the latest version of Unity if they manage to find a solution, but in this case I'm quite skeptical.

Anyway, please let us know if you managed to fix the issue on your side!
