[RESOLVED]Bug: Cannot switch Day/Night shift after dismissing Hire Staff window with keyboard

Description: In Management mode, the Day/Night shift selection is blocked if the Hire Staff window is dismissed using keyboard.

Repro steps:
1. Enter Management mode
2. Click on a vacant position to open the Hire Staff window
3. Dismiss the window using keyboard (Esc)
4. Try to switch to Night shift.

Expected result: I should be able to switch to a different shift
Current result: The shift selection is blocked.
