Frame limit [enhancement]

I just turned on FPS counter in my Steam and I find 150 - 180 FPS too much.

Is it possible to manually limit the number of frames per second?

If not yet, would you implement it, please?

It stresses my computer and takes a lot more energy than needed.

Well, when I play through steam, first it opens a window like this: https://ibb.co/YjymcXH . And when you choose in graphics quality: good with v-sync it limits your frame rate in game to your display monitor. At least that's true in my case. With this options it never goes beyond 60 FPS and without it can go to 300.
