[NEW] Grass appearing on the floor

Hi,
Since a few times, I usually got this strange thing... Grass appear on the floor without any reasons, in the hospital, when I play the campaign, or in a sandbox play.

And small question: Have you somehow modified some of the .xml files?

Just the maximal number of employees, nothing else.


But to be more precise (I didn't think to try this), when I load the savegame today, that grass was gone. But, it came back a little time after (a couple of day ingame), in a different place.
So here is what I wanted to try. When the grass appeared again, I save the game and quit to the menu ; then I load it and the grass was gone. So I doesn't seem to affect savegame file...

Another savegame with the same bug (and another one, in the same sceenshots, a patient beheaded in his bed...). Anyway all my savegames have this problem.
