Stabilization

I currently have a patient in my Trauma Centre who wants to be moved to Stabilization. What / where is that?

Stabilization is at the trauma centre. It requires a doctor and a nurse. Maybe one of the two is busy and the game is waiting they are ready for the stabilization.

Neither seemed busy... for about 4 days... oh well

Look if they have both permision to work in the trauma room.

Stabilization: When a patient is moved to the Trauma Center or ICU, they will trigger a call for stabilization. The closest doctor and nurse that aren't in the break room will interrupt whatever they are doing and run to the bed and stabilize the patient (put an oxygen mask on them basically). The doctors need to be at least level 2 to be allowed to work in the Trauma Center.

I'm afraid I have the same problem. No matter what I do, it always comes to stabilize.

I can't load your save, are you on the most recent update?

It turns out everyone was right. I hadn't ticked the little box that said Surgery/Trauma on my Doctors. Once I had, they started treating people. Try that
