Save system improvements

Hi, I am enjoying your game a lot but I found your save system to be missing some heavy QoL things, so here is list of all suggestions I have:

1) When loading game and errors pops up or game is unable to load it, please crash the game and tell us what went wrong, right now It just gets stuck and I dont now if its still loading or something has happened. (This was on 14263 version, from 14303 it didnt failed once )
2) Allow us to sort save games by date and by autosaves.
3) When saving save game please generate default save game name, I am really fed up with generating random file names
4) I think it would be nice to show details about game I am about to load (Day and Time, opened departments and ideally picture).
