Schedules Empty Schedules

As a manager, we need to set staff schedules.
Create department schedules, department breaks, department lunch, etc.
It would be great to set individual staff schedules as well.
We need to be able to adjust clinic/hospital open and close time.

Think Prison Architect. You can adjust schedules for when things happen.
