Suggestion: I play on a graphically high-end laptop and cannot adjust the type or screens containing the details to be large enough font to be read. At 3860x1600 (native) everything is too small to read. Should be made scalable.

Hi, thanks for the suggestion - this should be actually already possible, if you disable "Automatic UI scale" in options, you can then use the UI scale slider to adjust the interface to fit.
Out of curiosity, what is the physical size of your display?
